With numerous shipping points throughout the US and Canada, orders are expedited from the nearest location. Orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Company Checks and Money Orders. Personal checks are not accepted. We do not ship orders COD and orders paid by company checks or money orders must be paid in advance. The minimum shipping charge on all orders is $8.00. Shipping charges are calculated by weight, using the FedEx website. The charges quoted are not always accurate, therefore, the actual charges may vary slightly from the charges quoted at checkout. Next Day Air, 2 Day and 3 Day orders should be called in to check stock, due to high demand for certain product lines. We charge a $25.00 rush charge for all expedited orders. Please provide your FedEx account number for expedited shipments.

Samples

Samples are sent by request for a $10.00 handling fee, for up to 3 samples sent from one location. The $10.00 fee will be credited toward any order over $150.00.

Returns

Special order and custom items may not be returned for credit. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the sale. No returns are allowed after 30 days. No returns will be accepted without calling first to request a return authorization number. Returns must be marked with the return authorization number and must be unopened, in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any opened or used items will not be credited.

We guarantee that your customer information will be held in confidence and will never be shared with other companies. Credit Card information is routinely deleted from our servers and all orders are processed through a secured server. Every effort is made to insure your privacy.
